Bulgarian Naive Artists – 50th Anniversary Auction

On 8 October 2026, Enakor Auction House will celebrate its 50th anniversary auction with a rich selection of contemporary Bulgarian art.

One of the highlights of the auction is one of the most extensive collections of Bulgarian naïve art, featuring nearly 180 works by more than 50 artists. The catalogue includes works by Rosen Rashev – Roshpaka, Todor Marinov, Dimitar Kostadinov – Duke, Dimitar Vetsin, and dozens of other established artists, whose distinctive styles are characterised by vivid colours, sincerity and an unmistakable artistic expression.

A special place in the catalogue is also dedicated to contemporary Christian art, featuring original icons by Anita and Georgi Nenchevi, Mila Musakova, Yulia Stankova, Plamen Kondov, and other talented artists. Their works bring together the traditions and symbolism of Orthodox iconography with a contemporary artistic perspective and individual expression.

The 50th Anniversary Auction will take place on 8 October 2026 at 19:00 at the Enakor Auction House gallery, 30 Ivan Denkoglu Street, Sofia, and will be broadcast live on enakor.com.
