Enakor Auction House offers flexible ways to participate in our auctions – in person, by phone, via written bid, or through leading online platforms.
Participation requires registration by completing a form,providing their full name, address, email, and phone number. Registration is available from the moment the auction date is announced and may also be completed immediately before the auction begins. Upon successful registration, each participant will be assigned a unique bidding number.
Enakor offers several ways to place your bids:
- In the gallery – registration required.
- Bid by telephone – We will call you during the auction; just ensure you are available at that time.
- Online – a secure and convenient way to bid. Just register and start bidding.

- In-person bidding takes place at the Enakor Auction House gallery in Sofia, at 30 Ivan Denkoglu Street.

We can place bids on your behalf—all you need to do is register and submit your completed form via email.

- You will receive a call during the auction, enabling you to place bids through us while maintaining full anonymity.
- Requests for absentee and phone bidding must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM on the day of the auction.
- If multiple identical absentee bids are placed on the same item, priority will be given to the bid received first.
- Enakor Auction House is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent a phone connection with the participant.
- To participate online, you must register on one of the two platforms we use: Lot-tissimo or Invaluable. Choose the one that suits you best.
- Registration must be completed prior to the auction.
- Absentee bids and phone bidding requests are accepted until 6:00 PM on the day of the auction.

- Enakor Auction House is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent participants from connecting online.
- Items and paintings can be viewed in person from the moment the catalog is published until the day before the auction.
- All items are offered as-is, in the condition in which they are displayed. Enakor Auction House is not responsible for any hidden defects.
- The starting price of each lot can be viewed in the online auction catalog, next to the image of each item. Prices are listed in euros (due to the international platforms).

- The auctioneer announces the lots in order of their lot numbers. The successful bid is the highest and last one placed for each lot. Once no higher bids are made, the auctioneer announces the final price, the winning bidder’s number, and declares the item “sold” by striking the gavel, signifying that there is a winning bidder.

In addition to the final price of each sold item, the buyer must pay a premium to the auction house, which is 15% of the winning bid.
For example: If an item is sold for 100 EUR, the total amount the buyer will pay is 115 EUR. - If you participate through international online platforms, an additional commission for the platform will also be charged.
- Lot-tissimo: In addition to the 15% commission for Enakor, a 3% platform commission is added.
- Invaluable: In addition to the 15% commission for Enakor, a 5% platform commission is added.

Payment for sold items must be made immediately after the auction or within seven business days from the auction date. Payments can be made in cash, via the virtual POS terminal on our website, by card, or via bank transfer.

- For amounts of 10,000 BGN or more, payment can only be made via bank transfer.
- If a participant fails to pay the amount for the item they have won, along with the buyer’s premium, within seven business days after being reminded, the auction house reserves the right to offer the item to another client. Additionally, the auction house reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions in accordance with Bulgarian law to compensate for losses incurred due to the actions of the buyer who withdrew. The auction house also reserves the right to prohibit this buyer from participating in future auctions.
- Items can be collected immediately after payment is completed. For bank payments, collection will take place once the bank confirms that the full amount has been received in the auction house’s account.
- The seller must provide Enakor Auction House with all necessary documentation confirming ownership of the item being offered for sale. This includes evidence that the item is free from any claims, liens, or pledges, and that the ownership can be transferred legally and without issue. A buyer intending to export the purchased item abroad (provided the item is not classified as a cultural asset) may do so by using the identification document provided by the auction house.
Enakor Auction House is a limited liability company based in Sofia, located at 44 Yanko Sakazov Blvd. It holds license No. РУ01-3/16.02.2015 from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria for conducting auction activities, as well as license No. РУ02-0002/23.11.2011 from the Ministry of Culture for conducting commercial activities involving identified cultural assets.
