It is made with love and by hand, as they did hundreds of years ago – grown, harvested, cleaned of seeds, twigs, dried and crushed in a mortar, then smoked in a slightly warmed authentic “soba” oven, village of Krynychne (Chushmeliy), Bolgrad district.
