PURCHASE:
In the online store you can shop with an account or without one created on the website. With an account, you will be able to track the history of your purchases, to make a list of favorite items and paintings, to make your shopping easier without entering your data each time, and to receive messages from us according to your individual interests. You need to be at least 18 years old to create a personal account on the website.

To purchase an item or painting from the online store you need to click the “Buy” button and so add it to your “cart”. When you are ready with your choice and want to place an order, you need to go to your “cart”, to press the “Pay” button and fill in the necessary information (if you do not have a registraton).
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made through the virtual POS terminal on the website with a credit or debit card; by bank transfer to the bank account of the Auction House; or cash on place in the gallery of the Auction House. The transaction will be made always in BGN or will be equated to the respective exchange rate for the day.
DELIVERY:
After completing the order, we will contact you to confirm the delivery price of the object or painting. The delivery price of each item is different and is determined by its size, weight and volume. Insurance for its transportation will be included. The delivery price is paid by the buyer and is not included in the price of the items. When paying through the virtual POS terminal on the website, the delivery is paid directly to the shipping company. If choose bank payment – the price of the item, the shipping costs and the insurance can be paid together as a total amount. Cash on delivery will not be accepted for international orders and we will contact the buyer further to inform about all delivery costs and fees.
PICK UP FROM THE STORE:
If the client prefers, the purchase can be paid and taken directly on place in the gallery of ENAKOR Auction House, Sofia, 30 Ivan Denkoglu Str.
DELIVERY TIME:
For clients from Bulgaria the packaging and the delivery of the purchase are carry out by the spedition company SPEEDY. Cash on delivery is not applicable. To track you purchase we will send you a tracking number.
RETURN ITEMS:
If you want to make a return of an antiqurian item, the amount for the puchase will be refund to the bank account from which the transaction was made. In case of a complaint, the shipping costs for the return dellivery are at our expense.
The antiques and the paintings in our online store are in the condition as seen as in the photos. We can send more photos upon request.
